Children of parents who talk to their teens regularly about drugs are 50% LESS LIKELY to use drugs than those who don’t.
There were 411 fatal unintentional drug overdoses in the year 2000 growing to 3,050 deaths in 2015. Driven by fentanyl, 4,149 Ohioans died from unintentional drug overdoses in 2016, a 36% leap in just one year. According to figures compiled by The Dispatch from county coroner's, Ohio had by far the most overdose deaths in the nation.
