Bus Note

Parents/Guardians:

Due to the number of substitute drives that we use over a week period, the Transportation Department is asking for your help. IF you are sending your child on a bus that is different from their assigned bus, please do one of the following:

1. Print off and fill out the premade note on this page to send to school with your child.
2. Send in a written note, in the same format as what is shown, on a piece of paper bigger than a sticky note.

Thank you in advance for your help!
