Tayton Hupp Golden Heart Scholarship Fund
In honor of Shenandoah Elementary student Tayton Hupp, who tragically lost his life in a shooting accident, a Golden Heart scholarship fund has been established. This funding for this scholarship is from donations by Tayton’s family members, 4-H members donating a portion of their livestock sales, and other community members/organizations making anonymous donations. Two $500 scholarships will be awarded, one to a male student and one to a female student, who are voted on by their peers to have a “golden heart”. The scholarship can be used by Shenandoah seniors for any career pathway expenses whether it be college expenses or expenses for any advanced certification needed to enter the workforce after graduation.
